This will be the last time I use this service.
The last order I placed was delayed and was told they tried to deliver and clearly didn't and now I have placed another yesterday for delivery today and now I am being told it wont be delivered until tomorrow even though I have paid for next day. Lesson learned!

I am not happy with the service that we have been getting over the past months, when orders are placed we expect to get them the next day once ordered within your time scale.
I fail to understand why we are missed, we get an email to say that we should expect delivery and then you get an email to say we were missed not acceptable especially when your low on your stock and you order in a reasonable amount of time. This order was placed sometime ago and still to date no delivery not good customer service at all.

Super fast delivery, great price

The coffee was delivered despiate not having the first line of our address. The driver parked outside and asked another customer he was delivering to and she Knew me.
